Q. How do I hold a property?
A. Just pay a 200 pounds holding deposit per tenant and fill out a tenancy application form to hold the property.
Q. What fees are there?
A. We do not charge any fees at all.
Q. What else do I have to pay before moving in?
A. 2 months before the start of the tenancy you must pay the balance of your deposit.
(1 months rent minus holding deposit)
1 month before the start of the tenancy you must pay
your first months rent.
Q. When are deposits returned?
A. Deposits are held in an approved scheme and will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the tenancy subject to satisfactory inspection of the property and proof of paid final utility bills.
